Can I use the site I create with SiteSpinner with RMH Hosting?

If I do not purchase the CD, what happens if my computer crashes and I lose the software?
When you purchase SiteSpinner V2 you are purchasing the registration. What that means is, if you lose your hard drive you would simply need to re-download the software and re-register it with the registration information you were sent with your purchase. For an additional $9.99 plus shipping and handling, you can purchase a CD with your order.


Do I get a box for the CD?
The CD comes in a case, but a box is not included.


How long does it take to get my registration information?
After your payment is approved you are given your registration information immediately (with Credit Card purchases that can be less than a minute). Your registration information is emailed to you, including your registration codes as well as general product information. If you order a CD-ROM, please expect 5 to 10 business days for delivery to the US and Canada, and longer for overseas deliveries.


How many computers can I install SiteSpinner on?
With a single license for SiteSpinner V2 you can install the program on 2 machines within the same household.


What about updates?
Once you make your purchase you are entitled to all V2 updates (that includes V2.0 through V2.9). To update to the latest release you simply need to download and install it. Updates beyond V2 will be available at a discount.

Do I need to know HTML to use SiteSpinner V2?
No. You do not need to know any HTML in order to build your site! SiteSpinner V2 is a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) website editor.


Do you have a Mac/Linux version?
At this time there is ony support Windows (95/98/ME/NT4/2000/XP). Support for the Mac and Linux is being looked into.


Will my site be cross-browser compatible?
Yes. Sites created with SiteSpinner V2 are compatible with the major browsers from Internet Explorer 4+, and Netscape Navigator 4+.
